Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stemning at stemning.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Stemning is an AI-powered image transformation service. You upload a photo and our service generates themed variations (e.g., Christmas, Halloween, wedding) of that image. The service operates on a pay-per-use model — no subscriptions required.

Account and Authentication

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Credits and Payments

New users receive 3 free credits upon first sign-in.
Each AI-generated preview consumes 1 credit.
Additional credits and full-resolution downloads can be purchased via Stripe.
All payments are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and AI processing costs, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your purchase, please contact us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload images that you do not have the right to use.
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Upload images depicting minors in inappropriate contexts.
Use the Service to generate content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI systems.
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without our express permission.
Resell or redistribute the Service itself.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Stemning a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating transformations.

Generated images: Once you purchase and download generated images, you receive a broad license to use them for personal and commercial purposes, including social media, marketing, and print. You may not claim that AI-generated images are unaltered photographs.

Our service: The Stemning name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Images generated by Stemning are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality results, AI outputs may occasionally contain imperfections, artifacts, or unexpected elements. Generated images are provided "as is." Preview images are provided free of charge so you can evaluate quality before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stemning and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
